Great for those who don't have a consistent weekly schedule to personal train, but still want to improve themselves. workout programs are customized to fit the needs and goals of each individual. program length is 8 Weeks in Duration, Varying in Frequency based on individual goals.

PERSONALIZED WORKOUT PROGRAMS

*Session durations last between 30-45 minutes at the discression of matt*    *training rates per client varies on category of training*

*All session cancelations must be filed within a 24 hr notice upon that specific session*

Training that specializes in the improvements in footwork, agility, speed, conditioning and overall strength. Seperate yourself from the competition with Elite Athlete Training that will make you an all-around better athlete and competitor.

GRoup training (3 or more people) is encouraged for people who are looking to change their lives for the better and want to work together as a team to accomplish goals.

SEMi-private sessions (2-3 people max) are great for anyone who needs to hold themselves accountable with someone else by their side that shares the same common goals and is within the same fitness level.

Private sessions are one-on-one with matt. the client is given individual attention to ensure that exercises are being performed with perfect execution.

Each workout is hand-crafted by matt and caters to the client's specific individual goals that they want to accomplish.
