Hey There! I'm Matt Green and I'm here to motivate, inspire and help you reach your goals. I'm a very strong believer in practicing what you preach. I believe that first-hand experience is key to teaching and aiding others, especially when it comes to health and fitness. Everyone has his or her own concept of what being "healthy" is... For me, being healthy is not just about how someone looks, but it's also how they feel.  Being healthy is a full body involvement with both the physical body and the mind.

My mentality is simple: Believe it and achieve it. I completely believe that everyone is capable of accomplishing their goals, however it's up to you whether or not you're willing to commit entirely to the process. We live in a world where we know what we want and we want it now!!! I'm going to not only help you reach what you once thought was the unreachable, but I'm also going to teach you to fall in love with the process.

As a personal trainer, one of my main goals is to make exercise an enjoyable activity, rather than a nagging chore. I believe that exercise is a great way for someone to learn how to push themselves with each new day that we are given. I truly believe that exercise strengthens us both physically and mentally. We begin to look at life's challenges straight in the eye with confidence and say, "Bring it on!"

I graduated from Misericordia University in May of 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management.  Besides  my degree from Misericordia, I also attained my certification in Sports Nutrition through DSW Fitness and earned my personal trainer certification through the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) in 2013.

I'm just like you in a lot of ways I understand that everyone has had their fair share of obstacles. Sometimes we simply lose our motivation to exercise or maintain a healthy eating plan. What separates you from everyone is that you picked yourself up, dusted off your shoulders and got back on schedule. Inspiration and motivation are important qualities to have, but

determination is what will make you become the absolute best version of yourself for years to come.
